A few details
Steinecke wanted a fun and playful way to recruit new people. The insight was not to create an other form where candidates can upload their CVs but to make it fun and enjoyable to their newcomers.
Some special
We teamed up with an agency. They did the design and we did the development. The only requirement was to keep their existing CMS system and integrate this new microsite there.
How we solved it
We had lots of meetings with the agency where we brainstormed and helped how can we make the most out of this idea. Our goal was to keep it simple but also user friendly and fun.
What the customers see
As we had to work with an existing CMS we went with the tools they are already using and made the magic only with CSS animations combined with javascript. We are happy to say that it was a huge success.
Making the app managable
On the backend side we also hooked on their existing CMS system and used their existing database and functionalities to keep all the applications in one place.
We checked how the current site works and how can we include the new microsite and functionalities
Daily standups between the project owner from the agency and our PM to make sure everything is on track.
Implementing new features, animations. Coordinate between all the teams.
After we launched the new website it was a pleasure to hear that the client is happy with their new recruiting microsite.
